Nick was a great trainer. I liked the conversational approach to the course and applying it to my role.
Nick was an excellent presenter, he kept the sessions very interesting and entertaining. The LACPOMAC approach to a sale makes perfect sense to me and it is easy to remember.
After many years of no training, I understand in more depth each part of the selling process, how to lead, close, meet objections. Most of all it has given me confidence.
I feel I have learnt some valuble sales skills and an awful lot from the course on how to deal with difficult sales situations
Nick is a bank of knowledge and made us really think about what he was saying rather than just 'saying' it. For example, visualising first and then drawing to the point.
