Leadership for Health and Social Care Level 5 (Part-time)
This course will suit you if you are responsible for running a facility that provides services for vulnerable adults. You might be an assistant or deputy manager, or a manager who has not yet achieved a recognised vocational qualification at this level.

Training Course Content
You will choose one of the following pathways:
- Adults' Residential Management (England or Wales and Northern Ireland)
- Adults' Management (England or Wales and Northern Ireland)
The pathways share five core units:
- Use and develop systems that promote communication
- Promote professional development
- Champion equality, diversity and inclusion
- Develop health and safety and risk management policies, procedures and practices in health and social care or children and young people's settings
- Working in partnership in health and social care, and children and young people's settings
Depending on the chosen pathway, you will complete additional core units, as well as a range of optional units appropriate to your job role and service provision.
