Course description
This course provides an introduction to project financial control including how project finances can be budgeted, monitored and managed from inception through construction and beyond.
This two hour evening classes is mainly designed for those following the Building Surveying/Quantity Surveying/Construction Faculty option. Each course is a mixture of lecture presentations and workshop exercises supported with detailed revision notes. The evening classes are held in London (Euston) from 6 - 8pm.
