Course description
This course provides an introduction to Design and Specification, including conditions of engagement, building control, health and safety, design liability, quality and sustainability.
The two hour evening classes are mainly designed for those following the Building Surveying/Quantity Surveying/Construction Faculty option. Each course is a mixture of lecture presentations and workshop exercises supported with detailed revision notes. The evening classes are held at Friends House, 173 Euston Road, London NW1 2BJ. From 6.00pm sharp - 8pm.
