Course description
The Critical Analysis is one of the primary sources of written work undertaken by a candidate upon which the RICS Assessment Panel will come to its judgement on writing (communication) skills and the ability to handle a professional project. The objective of this training session is to look at the requirements of the Critical Analysis, how the report itself can be presented in written form and why some reports work and others do not.
