Course description

In large facilities where multiple tasks are performed simultaneously, effective management of work is essential to ensure that these are accomplished safely. Research into accidents and fatalities over the years has shown that factors relating to poor control of work have had a direct result on the outcomes.

This course will help you to understand how a robust control of work process can help prevent such incidents.
