Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances
The Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) is a global think tank with participants and offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. In our executive education trianings, we cover the entire Mergers & Acquisitions process from strategy, due diligence, valuation to post merger integration / separation.
