Engineering Manager to Director
The transition into top management and leadership roles is a big step to take. There are many new learnings, skills to master and techniques to grasp – as well as understanding the dynamics of the boardroom.
This course informs and equips the engineering manager who is taking the next steps in their career to becoming a director. Equally, it will be useful for existing directors’ Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as a means of staying up to date with the latest compliance issues, risk and opportunities that the post-Brexit marketplace will offer.

- Develop director skills and knowledge that are expected of a boardroom director including business planning, financial acumen, performance measurement, how to be innovative, export markets, expert witness skills and how to update and maintain skills as a director.
