Course description
The ICE soft commodities team provide an opportunity to visit and interact with the delivery and quality aspects for the ICE Cocoa and Coffee contracts. You will visit the ICE Grading Rooms and view the process in action, interacting with those directly involved. A classroom session focusing on warehouse keeping, grading allowances & discounts and the Exchange delivery process will further your understanding. This will be a highly practical day with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and clarify your overall understanding

- Grading Room visit - see a live grading demonstration and talk to graders
- Classroom session - the Exchange delivery process from warehousekeeping through grading, allowances and discounts, and the tender and delivery process. Planned contract changes and developments.
