Course description
The unpredictable sleep patterns of newborns can be difficult for new parents, affecting their physical and mental health. Offering guidance to manage parental expectations and providing advice on practical methods to promote nighttime sleep can support parents during this challenging time. A multisensory bedtime routine involving a bath, massage, and calming pre-sleep activities has been proven effective in helping babies settle and establish or restore a healthy nighttime sleeping pattern.
