ADMINISTRATION (BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL) LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATE OCR (QCF): If you want to learn the basic administration skills needed to work in an office, then this is definitely the course for you. Alternatively, if you are not sure what you want to do as a career, but want to develop skills that will help you in any job, you might like to consider developing your admin skills.You will study 5 units covering basic administration skills including:- Working in administration,- Creating business documents, - Making and receiving calls,- Welcoming visitors,- Handling diary addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your ICT skills by studying mail merge and text processing, and will also study Personal and Social Development to prepare you for the world of work. Then, to put all your theory into practice, you will undertake a week's work experience.

Suitability - Who should attend?
You will require English & Maths GCSE grades 3-1 (D-G) as well as two further GCSEs at grade 2 (F).
