Course description
We believe in equipping people with the skills they need to succeed in their chosen career. The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification is the leading industry recognised route to becoming a qualified accountant.
The skills and knowledge taught on the programme are robust which means the qualification will be relevant irrespective of sector and size of organisation. This also means that ACCA graduates have a great window of opportunity to progress their finance career along a path that suits them.
The ACCA qualification places significant emphasis on professional values, ethics and governance. This is essential because the profession is moving towards strengthened codes of conduct, regulation and legislation.
Through engaging with many local businesses that employ trainee accountants, we have recognised the gap in ACCA training provision within North East Wales. We have addressed this by putting in place a small but expert team to deliver ACCA at Glyndwr University. All of our tutors have considerable industrial and professional experience, which means you can be sure that the teaching delivery will be of the very highest quality.
