CPD Project Management Skills for Executive Assistants

You will acquire an in-depth understanding of the essential concepts, tools, and techniques employed by seasoned Project Managers to maintain control over their projects. Through this program, you will enhance your proficiency in managing projects of varying scales, ranging from small to large endeavors such as Board Events, Client Dinners, AGMs, Investors Meetings, Charity Events, Annual Conferences, Office Relocations, or Overseas Events.

By participating in this program, you will be equipped with project and event management tools to streamline your projects and events more efficiently. Leveraging your newfound knowledge of project management tools and skills, you will execute your projects with confidence. Under the guidance of your Trainer, Rosemary Parr, you will explore and implement new structures to enhance the management of the projects and events under your responsibility.

You will gain an understanding of the key concepts, tools and techniques which experienced Project Managers use to keep control over their projects. You will increase your expertise in managing small to large projects e.g. Board Event, Client Dinner, AGM, Investors Meeting, Charity events, Annual Conference, Office Relocation or Overseas Events. 

This programme will give you the project and event management tools to organise your projects and events more effectively and use your new knowledge of project management tools and skills to execute your projects with confidence. Guided by your Trainer, Rosemary Parr you will discover and implement new structures to the Projects and Events you are responsible for. 

You will receive a CPD Standards Office Certificate for completing the course

1. Exploring common project management terminology.
2. Identifying the qualities of an effective project manager.
3. Breaking down projects or events into distinct phases.
4. Utilizing a Work Breakdown Structure to organize and plan tasks.
5. Reviewing various project management software options.
6. Developing project/event plans.
7. Assessing and managing risks associated with events.
8. Completing a project management case study.
