This course is designed to enhance and upgrade the learners’ business / human resource management and psychology knowledge, skills and aptitude by giving them the key inputs in the concerned areas through interactive lectures, case discussions workshops, roleplays and self-learning exercises. The program is delivered on a full time basis mode in each key area with the help of student cantered learning approach.
