Overview
This course is designed to help clients gain a comprehensive understanding of key commercial transactions and contracts within the oil and gas sector. Participants will be equipped with knowledge about the various types of contracts and commercial arrangements typically used during the exploration and production (upstream) and the sale (downstream) of oil and gas.
