Managing People Effectively Level 1 (In-House)
Suitable for first line, middle and senior Managers and Leaders who have had little training or who want a refresher and update their skills with new and most effective techniques taken from current Management thinking. These skills are equally relevant for remote working, virtual teams or those sitting in the same office.
