Course description
This is for people who are working in a management role. This course is for learners who wish to develop their management knowledge and skills. This occupation is found in roles may include: Operations manager, Regional manager, Divisional manager, Department manager and Specialist managers.To do this course you must be employed within the sector.
The tasks that the learner will do include creating operational plans, coaching and mentoring, leading teams, managing teams and managing change.

Suitability - Who should attend?
To become an apprentice, you must:
- be 16 or over
- not already be in full-time education
- live in England
You can start an apprenticeship whether you’re starting your career, want a change or you’re upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
Expenses
Participants can enrol in the training course through either self-funding or company sponsorship.
