Course description
This is for people who are working in Business Administration and are wanting to learn how to provide a high-quality service delivered from your workplace. The learner can work from the workplace and/or work from home. This includes small and large businesses alike; from the public sector, private sector and charitable sector.To do this course you must be employed within the sector.
Some tasks within this qualification are problem solving, decision making, coaching others, communication skills and representing the company.

Suitability - Who should attend?
To become an apprentice, you must:
- be 16 or over
- not already be in full-time education
- live in England
You can start an apprenticeship whether you’re starting your career, want a change or you’re upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
Expenses
Participants can enrol in the training course through either self-funding or company sponsorship.
