Course delivery details
Our graduate certificates take six months to complete. We deliver our online graduate certificates on a part-time intensive basis. Part-time Students are expected to spend approximately 10-15 hours per week per unit learning the program material and completing assessments. This includes attending tutorials.
The Graduate Certificate in Industrial Instrumentation and Process Control covers knowledge and skills underpinning the principles of unit operations, unit processes, fluid transport, and control required to apply these principles to Industrial control and instrumentation systems and make the systems efficient through Engineering solutions.
The learning outcomes of the course are designed to equip students with professional engineering skills and knowledge to model solutions to address the issues in automating industrial operations, design the system in an efficient manner through the application of these concepts, communicate the solutions effectively and develop the problem-solving skills essential to good engineering practice.
Continuing Studies
As a graduate, you will be able to undertake projects in Control and Instrumentation, Process Control, Control Systems, and Industrial Instrumentation Systems.
