Please note that the course also covers related topics, giving an overview of climate science, climate adaptation, climate mitigation, science-based targets, GHG accounting conventions, and 'Offsetting'/'Greenhouse Gas Removals' (GGR). The course situates Net Zero within related concepts such as 'Carbon Negative', Carbon Positive', 'Carbon Neutral', 'Zero' or 'Low' emissions and so on.
A number of case studies and practical exercises/activities will support participants in developing or reviewing Net Zero plans for their organisation.
