Course description

In this 2 half-day training course, you will gain the fundamental knowledge and understanding to develop an efficient and effective maintenance plan through the use of different maintenance strategies in this comprehensive and practical training course with a focused examples and exercises.

Topics include reactive, preventative and predictive maintenance, planning and scheduling, and spare parts management, risk management and root cause analysis (RCA) along with the latest approaches and tools available to improve safety, reliability and ultimately profit.

The course is suitable for engineering, asset management, maintenance and reliability personnel working within or supporting manufacturing or engineering in the oil and gas and renewable energy sectors with responsibility for the application and improvement of maintenance plans, processes and procedures.

  5. Manage maintenance planning, scheduling and spare parts to undertake the required tasks
  6. Utilise and pro-active maintenance processes and techniques to optimise the maintenance strategy
