Suitability - Who should attend?
All organisations in the UK are legally required to train appointed persons or first aiders for their workplace, depending on the level of risk involved in their industry.
Emergency First Aid at Work courses are suitable for companies needing to train appointed persons, while First Aid at Work courses are suitable for those requiring first aiders.
Paediatric First Aid courses are instead intended for those needing to learn the procedures for emergency care specific to children and infants. They are therefore suitable for anyone responsible for the supervision of children, including child minders, crèche assistants and playgroup personnel.
Outcome / Qualification etc.
All of Ellison-Webb's First Aid Training courses result in certification for successful candidates. The Emergency First Aid at Work and First Aid at Work courses are accredited by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE), while the Paediatric First Aid course is approved by Ofsted.
