CeMAP training is a mark of excellence and highly recognised within the Mortgage Advice sector. They allow individuals to give financial advice on a range of mortgage products and services. If you're considering a career as a Mortgage Adviser in the UK, you must first have studied and passed your exams for a professional qualification, such as the &'Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice' (CeMAP). This is a requirement from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

This CeMAP training covers CeMAP 2 and CeMAP 3, which will add to the knowledge and skills you gained during ourCeMAP 1 Classroom Courseand provide you with an in-depth understanding of essential mortgage topics.If you have not already taken yourCeMAP 1 training course,you will need to take that first.
Throughout CeMAP 2 andCeMAP 3 you'll learn about mortgage law, the mortgage application process, and the different issues borrowers could face after completion. CeMAP 3 will collate what you have learned throughout CeMAP 1 and CeMAP 2 and show you how to apply these principles to realistic scenarios.

Training Course Content
Completing your CeMAP training requires you to study and complete all three courses and their respective modules, plus pass your exams. Most people study all three modules in one go, but it is possible to study CeMAP 1 first and then progress onto CeMap 2 and CeMAP 3 after.
