BCS Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes - Virtual Classroom
The Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes will help you understand and apply your knowledge of practical business analysis techniques. This will enable you to investigate and improve your business processes and look at ways to create new ones based on business needs to support new solutions in the organisation.

This Business Analysis course fulfils the practitioner-based requirement and is one of the four modules you will need to complete to obtain theInternational Diploma in Business Analysis, along withthe core modules of thePractitioner Certificate in Business Analysis PracticeandPractitioner Certificate in Requirement Engineering. Then either theFoundation Certificate in Business Analysisor theFoundation Certificate in Commercial Awareness.
This is a weekend training course, which runs on Saturday, Sunday, and then the following Saturday.
