BCS Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice - Virtual Classroom
The Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice gives you the knowledge and experience to understand how aBusiness Analystcan assist with organisational change through a range of performance management techniques and strategic analysis tools.
Business Analysts do so much more than develop and maintain IT systems. They must understand an organisation's business strategy and use the correct techniques to analyse the business and identify necessary changes to processes to respond to internal and external challenges.
You will develop the essential skills required to support both senior members of staff and your IT team. Learn how to investigate business issues and identify and recommend the correct solutions to resolve those issues.
This is a weekend training course, which runs on Saturday, Sunday, and then the following Saturday.
