Training Course Content
The BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is earned by completing four modules, passing your examinations, and taking an oral exam at a BCS Examination Location. On successful completion of these stages, you will be awarded the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
The two core modules are:
- TheBCS Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice(Virtual Classroom with eLearning)– which is a holistic view of the organisation by using strategic analysis tools and techniques to investigate and improve the business, and
- The BCS Practitioner Certificate in Requirements Engineering(Virtual Classroom with eLearning) – which allows you to understand the requirements engineering process of eliciting, analysing, validating, documenting, and managing the requirements through to delivery of the solution
You will need a Knowledge-based specialism:
- TheBCS Foundation Certificate in Organisational Behaviour(Virtual Classroom with eLearning) – gain an understanding of the complex factors which shape the way organisations operate, including the principles of organisational design and operating models.
Finally, you will need the Practitioner-based module of:
- The BCSPractitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes(Virtual Classroom with eLearning)– which takes you through the different levels and aspects of modelling the processes of the business, through to the framework to improve the business processes
There is also anOral Examination Preparation Workshopday(Virtual training only)– whichcan help prepare you for the oral examination to receive theBCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
