Course description
BCS EXIN Practitioner Certificate in Agile Scrum Product Owner (eLearning) (BRIDGE)
The Practitioner Certificate in Agile Scrum Product Owner (Bridge) course will enable you to transition from a certified Scrum Master to an Agile Product Owner. This course has been developed to validate your skills and knowledge of the Agile framework and Scrum methodology while helping you move into the role of an Agile Product Owner.
The knowledge and skills you gain from this training course will ensure you can successfully lead Agile Scrum projects, in a way that adds the most value possible for both your business and your customers.
This is achieved through the role of a Product Owner, who will provide direction and make the final decisions while helping your team to focus on the correct organisational goals.
As a Product Owner, you will be actively involved in effective communication with your team to reach your targets. You will also be responsible for working towards the successful completion of your company's larger business objectives, providing the vision and boundaries within which the vision must be realised. You will do this by creating, maintaining, and prioritising your business value-driven Product Backlog.
This course benefits from 1-year BCS membership worth £92.
