Unit 1: Organisational Performance and Culture in Practice
On completion of this unit you will:

Unit 2: Evidence-Based Practice
On completion of this unit you will:

On completion of this unit you will:
- Understand the relevance of leadership and management and the knowledge, skills and behaviours required
