Distance Learning Centre's Credit Control & Debt Management - QLS Level 3 Course provides a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practice of managing debt and controlling credit in commercial organisations.
The distance learning programme is made up of 14 modules that address the key aspects of credit and debt, from making sound credit judgements to abiding by statutory requirements and claiming tax relief. Students can complete the self-study modules at entirely their own pace to develop skills in three core areas:
- Credit Control
- Debt Management Agencies
- Communication
At the end of this course, successful learners will receive a QLS Level 3 Endorsed Certificate of Achievementfrom the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
