Course description
Our sales fundamentals training recognizes that we are in a constant state of change and sales needs to be able to do different things in different ways than before to win customers over. The introductory session covers an overview of different aspects and skills that are required to best contribute to sales effectiveness and efficiency. The training is a unique combination of practical techniques and broader transformation skills for building a mindset to align with the complex, agile and global nature of business in today’s world. Designed by leading subject matter experts, the programmed draws from insights and experience from best practices in leading organizations and techniques and skills taught in top business schools including INSEAD and Said Business School in Oxford University.
An advanced session is available for those needing to gain more in-depth knowledge and skills after completing the sales fundamentals session.
