Course description
The course aim is to develop excellent planning, prioritising, delegation and decision-making skills which support delegates in managing their work and responsibilities. Delegates will also learn practical problem solving and decision-making skills to enable them to manage their time more effectively. Delegates will leave with an action plan of how they intend to apply their skills to proactive, improve their personal performance and demonstrate responsibility for their own learning, development and progression.

to ensure 75% + tasks are in the important not urgent quadrant to maximise productivity and minimise stress
- Be conscientious about meeting deadlines, overcoming challenges, managing workload and pressures well
- Drive self and others to deliver outcomes and meet deadlines and objectives; and take the initiative to make things happen
- Implement practical time management techniques
- Delegate and streamline work effectively
- Take responsibility for own actions and decisions, actively using the skill to manage time effectively
