Course description
This course is designed to help delegates prepare and deliver effective, interesting and memorable facilitation sessions, using a range of different techniques. The training includes Jim Rough dynamic facilitation methodology that can be applied in both in face to face and virtual facilitation sessions. It includes a particular focus on facilitating via online platforms such as MS Teams, and Zoom, etc.

Course delivery details
This course will help delegates to become dynamic facilitators who can facilitate in a variety of environments. With so many people still working from home, this course has been tailored to ensure effective facilitation can still take place using virtual platforms. This course is currently being delivered via our virtual training platform which gives all delegates the opportunity to experience online facilitation techniques. We can deliver it in either Teams or Zoom or both, dependent on the participants most used platform.
