Course description
With the Consumer Duty implemented from 1st August, it is imperative that all staff throughout the organisation are fully aware of their personal responsibilities under the Duty - and are reminded of them often. Thus relevant and role-specific training is needed to ensure that everyone subject to the Conduct Rules understands how the revised Conduct Rules will impact their roles and how they perform them.
This focused workshop will help firms meet the challenge of delivering relevant, effective and engaging Conduct Rules training to staff at all levels their organisations, especially in the context of the Consumer Duty.
