Course description
HR’s role is to add value but what does adding value mean? This course will ensure you focus what you do on value creation, increasing your impact and also your credibility.
This short course will take you on a journey starting with how to value a business, what drives this value and what HR can do to increase value. The danger is too many people undertake the journey the opposite way round – focusing on what they do and then rationalising how that creates value. By turning this thinking the right way up, starting with the business, commercially astute HR people can make a real difference to their business and the success of HR.
