Change is a constant in organisational life, yet the majority of change initiatives are judged to have failed. In this course, you will learn how to manage change effectively, avoid the problems that hamper most change efforts, and apply practical tools and frameworks to make sure your programmes meet their business objectives. You will explore how change happens both at individual and organisational level, and the critical factors that determine success or failure of change programmes. You will also learn about the characteristics of effective change managers and assess and develop your own capabilities. You will hear from experienced senior change practitioners about the challenges they have faced and how they overcame them, and have the opportunity to put your skills into practice completing interactive exercises, scenarios and quizzes.
