IWFM in Facilities Management - Level 5 Diploma
This is a challenging course which is designed to reflect the ability and skills of facilities managers to take responsibility for planning and supervising a team accountable for the implementation of fm duties. It includes taking action as well as exercising autonomy and problem-solving skills within parameters of facilities management.
The qualification is suitable for facilities managers and those at middle management level who have considerable experience and responsibility for more specialised and complex functions as well as to qualify for membership of the IWFM by passing 9 units to gain the Diploma and gain the status subject to relevant work experience and to use the post nominal MIWFM.

Level 5 Diploma is for those aspiring to become Facilities Managers and provides a broad understanding of facilities management for experienced operations managers who are responsible for a wide range of FM functions.
Training Course Content
The IWFM Level 5 Diploma is a 48-credit qualification made up of five mandatory units with a combined credit value of 32 and optional units with a combined value of at least 16 credits taking approximately 12 months to complete.
