Course description

Project management is an essential skill within all professional organisations.

Our project management short course covers the essential knowledge, skills and techniques required to successfully complete any project, large or small - from initial planning through to implementing, overseeing and evaluating projects.

This part-time project management training course will be delivered by an expert industry project manager over 10 weeks in interactive online sessions. You’ll be guided through the project planning process including setting up project aims and objectives, budgeting and timescales, implementations and completion.

Course delivery details

Assessment and certificates

Informal assessment will take place through group discussion and class room activities as guided by your tutor.

There is no formal assessment and you are not given any formal qualifications on completion of the course. However, if you attend at least 70% of the classes you will be awarded an official City, University of London certificate.
