We had a full day workshop focussing on the team, collaboration and it really unlocked the team

I found the session to be groundbreaking for us, the facilitator expertly guided us through the team effectiveness model and it really has empowered the team.

The speaker was excellent, really knowledgeable and personable. It was really easy to follow what they were saying and why they were saying it.

It was great to identify the strengths and weaknesses and allowing you team to go through them with you.

The personal profiles were really useful, not just mine but others, it will really help with communicating and working together.

Overall context was easy to understand and follow. Interactive exercises where great including the insight wheel. The personnel process was also very informative and accurate.
