ISO 22301:2019 Requirements
- Define a business continuity management system (BCMS)
- Explain why a BCMS is important and how it can benefit your organization
- Recall the terms and definitions used
- Recognize the key concepts and structure of ISO 22301:2019
- Identify the main requirements of ISO 22301:2019
ISO 22301:2019 Internal Auditor (2 days classroom – in-person or virtual)
- Learn the guidelines of management system auditing, according to ISO 19011
- The application of these guidelines to auditing a BCMS intended to conform to ISO 22301:2019
- Gain skills to initiate and complete the audit
- Understand how to prepare and conduct audit activities
- Learn to prepare and distribute the audit report
- Follow-up corrective actions and ‘close-out’
Each module is followed by a mandatory online multiple-choice examination. Delegates must pass the examination to be awarded the qualification.
