BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) Subscription
An annual subscription fee of £250 (+VAT) is applicable for all BREEAM AP’s as a part of maintaining their listing status. This is payable on successful completion of the examination and maintains their Green Book Live listing, access to the BREEAM AP Badges and Process Notes through BREEAM Projects, and maintenance of Continual Professional Development (CPD).
