Suitability - Who should attend?
- Set by individual employers, but typically includes:
- A degree or professional qualification in an appropriate discipline, or
- ICA Advanced Certificate in Compliance (International or UK), or
- Three years’ relevant work experience
- You must be employed in a role relevant to this programme to be eligible to apply.
Training Course Content
Induction
Designed to set you up for success from the very beginning, the induction will make sure you understand your programme and what is expected of you. It will consist of a Virtual Classroom (Online) from BPP, and an initial meeting with your Coach where you will agree your Learning Plan.
Knowledge
The knowledge part of the programme is the learning content mapped to the qualification. Senior Compliance/Risk Specialist modules covered by the knowledge outcomes for this programme include:

External End Point Assessment
Once you have completed all of your Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours, you will complete an End Point Assessment. This is conducted by an external assessment organisation and will be graded as either a pass, fail, or distinction.
