Infrastructure Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship
Infrastructure technicians play a vital role in any business with support for your internal and external customers. This involves responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of IT infrastructure such as the setup, installation and configuration of systems and equipment. In addition, this work also requires problem solving, troubleshooting techniques, investigation, analysis and resolution of technical problems.
The BPP Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship is aligned with recognised professional qualifications, providing organisations with a more competent and qualified workforce, while increasing employee motivation, enhancing job prospects and wellbeing. The following additional Vendor Certifications can be considered as further qualifications.

Suitability - Who should attend?
Set by individual employers, but must include one of the following:
- A minimum of five GCSEs grade A – C (9 – 4 on the new grading system), or
- A Level 2 apprenticeship
Applicants must be employed in a relevant role to apply. This must include experience with the building or configuring of live networks as well as experience with implementing encryption into networks and processes.
