Assistant Accountant Level 3 Apprenticeship
Gain the AAT Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting, funded by your employer. You will develop both the technical knowledge and the professional skills and behaviours to work within practice or the finance function of an organisation, supporting all stakeholders as an Assistant Accountant.
Building a strong understanding of varying financial activities, and how to execute them to high standards, you will be able to offer vital, day-to-day support. This includes providing valuable information and reports to drive the decision-making process.Helping you to work methodically, insightfully and accurately within the regulations of the accounting profession, this apprenticeship will equip you with all the knowledge and skills demanded by the role.

Continuing Studies
You will learn practical processes such as data entry for month-end management accounts and year-end financial statements, as well as how to complete VAT returns and prepare tax computations. These key skills are essential for both your current and future finance roles, as well as for further study. Plus, you will earn the AAT Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting as part of this apprenticeship.
Once completed, you can progress to our Professional Accounting/Taxation Technician Level 4 Apprenticeship or the Accountancy/Taxation Professional Level 7 Apprenticeship – the path to becoming a fully qualified accountant.
