This BiteSize Learning course, for leaders at all levels, provides an understanding of the barriers to good delegation and a practical guide to overcoming these in order to improve effectiveness.

The cost of this in-house course is £1,200 (+VAT and travel expenses) for up to twelve people. BiteSize Learning courses are discounted if two are delivered in one day, from £1,200 for a single course to £2,160 for two courses in one day.
I thought it highlighted some really useful points and how to delegate to people. I liked that it encouraged idea sharing and a practical way through delegating a project
