BCF Group Ltd
Established in 2001 as the Business Coaching Foundation, we have provided business coaching services, courses, qualifications, and one-to-one coaching and mentoring programmes for individuals and companies in all industries. From those who were really struggling, right through to those who were already enjoying success but wanted to progress to the next level, our experienced coaches have been able to help people achieve their goals, and companies meet and exceed their targets.
We also introduced our incredibly popular Become a Business Coach initiative, which guides individuals through the process of becoming a coach and owning your own coaching business. Obtaining an accredited business coaching qualification is just the first step, and many prospective business coaches, who would have gone on to have successful careers, fall down at this next hurdle. It can be a lonely and daunting place to start your new career as a business coach without any support or guidance. At the BCF Group, we offer a truly unique package that helps you on your journey of becoming an accredited business coach to new clients.
Continued repeat business, and demand for additional training that complemented coaching and the development of business skills, meant that in 2018 we expanded our provisions into other areas such as management training, interpersonal skills and health and safety training. This facilitated a change of name to The BCF Group to take into account the fact that we had evolved from only offering business coaching.
So whether you require a bespoke in-house management training programme, desire to be a health and safety expert with a NEBOSH Diploma qualification, want to improve your negotiation skills, or need a permit to work training course writing which incorporates your specific working practices, we can help.
