Overview

Real Estate is a major asset class that involves significant investments. Within corporate finance, financial mathematics provides the framework for quantifying the costs and benefits of a project or investment, allowing those involved to decide whether it’s worthwhile the investment.

There are four basic concepts of financial mathematics: Compound Growth, Present Value, Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). This course goes right back to the very beginning and makes sure you have the tools to grow, discount and value income streams from property.

Financial Mathematics plays a crucial role in Real Estate investment and management, and understanding the principles of financial mathematics can help investors and analysts make informed decisions and manage risk effectively in the Real Estate market.
