Course description
This course is a general introduction to the construction industry. If you are interested in becoming an architect, building surveyor, quantity surveyor, structural, mechanical or electrical engineer, construction planner or construction manager this is the starting point for you. You will study a series of modules which are all carefully designed to cover all industry requirements within this field. Modules include: Health, Safety & Welfare Sustainable Construction Building Technology Construction Science and Materials Maths in Construction Graphical Detailing Surveying in Construction Building Surveying CAD and Design

Applicants must have at least one of the following: Four GCSEs at Grade C or above including Mathematics and English or BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Construction.
