Business Administrator Level 3
Today, those working as Business Administrators need to have a strong variety of abilities and skills including, organisation, communication, management, and planning, which need to be transferable across all business sectors. The ability to communicate effectively with internal or external customers is a crucial part of the role and ensures that the organisation operates successfully and efficiently.
The skills gained on this Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship will empower those in business administration roles to confidently communicate with stakeholders. Learners will develop the skills needed to effectively support and engage with colleagues and employees from various parts of the organisation. In addition, they will be exposed to modern techniques and principles of business administration, which can be applied to their role and daily activities.

Course delivery details
- Apprentices will complete a work-based project throughout the course
- The project will incorporate scoping, planning, stakeholder communications, monitoring, and reporting
- Once all requirements have been met, including completion of level 2 maths and English, the apprentice will progress to EPA
