Associate Project Manager Level 4
As a result of greater demand, constant change and technological advancements, public and private organisations need Project Managers to implement their change and adaptation strategies, bring ideas to life, and support the realisation of business goals.
The Associate Project Manager Level 4 apprenticeship is aimed at those involved in all levels of project management, enabling them to work effectively and efficiently to ensure their organisation operates successfully. This programme explores different organisational structures, responsibilities and stakeholders helping project managers to move from traditional leadership styles and manage projects in line with wider business changes and strategies, to ensure the most effective use of time and resource.
