  • Approaching training in a systematic manner

  • Concerns people have attending training events

Identifying Training Needs and Planning Training & Development

  • Practical steps to identify people's training needs
  • Putting together a Session Plan in line with needs
  • The key elements of planning a training activity in line with needs and learning styles

Delivering Training Sessions

  • Creating a "learning environment", relaxing and building confidence in your group
  • Managing nerves and increasing your self belief as a trainer
  • Dealing with "Imposter Syndrome"
  • Structuring a training session
  • Using techniques to grab and maintain attention
  • Keeping sessions on track and avoiding tangents
